EQUIPMENT WARRANTY

The warranty is given for a period of 24 months and covers the equipment's issues due to manufacturing effects. For all operations made under warranty, shipping and labor fees may apply. The warranty does not cover shipping charges of spare parts to be replaced or repaired. Any damages or malfunction due to incorrect handling, incorrect use, and nonobservance of th maintenance rules, are not covered by the warranty. The warranty against corrosion is null when used in salt water, thermal water, chemically unbalanced water, or water treated with salt purifier systems. The company declines all responsibility for damages due to the non observance of the rules written on this manual. Wear and tear parts are not covered by the warranty. Ex: seats, pedal straps, pedal cages, rubber bases etc. The warranty is only valid when presented with the purchase invoice.

 

PAYMENT METHODS & SHIPPING POLICY

Orders can be placed using Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Discover or PayPal.

Turnaround: All orders are shipped within 7-10 business days.

Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers. 

Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. 

Back Orders 
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Returns

You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card, or original method of payment. A restocking fee of $500 will be deducted from the total amount refunded. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping and customs costs for returning your item. Shipping and customs costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping and customs will be deducted from your refund.
